At Freddie, we want you to love every corner of your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find one that is.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Freddie account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
